You can allow, if you wish, clients or employers to post jobs directly onto your website...

In order to post a vacancy to your website, clients will first have to register. Therefore we would install a Log in / Register form to the front-end of the website.

Once the client is registered and logged in into the system, he/she will be able to get to the job-submitting page on the front end of the website. This page will have an identical structure as the job posting page of the administration section of the website (job title, job reference, description, salary…).

Once the client has filled in the job posting form, he will click on “Job Preview” button, and if all data is correct, by clicking on the submit button, the job posting gets sent to the “Posting Approval Queue” of the administration section of the website. As an administrator you would then approve all job postings posted from the front-end of the website.
